Service Description

Our Anti-Aging Mobility class is a playful and science-based approach to keeping your body and brain young. Inspired by Fighting Monkey, neuroplasticity research, and somatic movement, each session blends floor work, coordination challenges, and creative movement games that awaken your senses and rewire your nervous system. Modern science confirms what ancient movement cultures already knew: the brain thrives on novelty. Every time you move in new ways — rolling, crawling, balancing, throwing, catching, spiraling — your synapses fire, your fascia becomes more elastic, and your neuro-muscular intelligence expands. This stimulates the production of dopamine, serotonin, and growth factors that support cell regeneration and cognitive vitality. The result? Greater mobility, balance, and resilience — not only in the body but in life itself. You’ll leave class feeling lighter, sharper, and more alive. A fun, intelligent, and restorative path to aging gracefully — through play.
