OUR CLASSES AT
M FOR MOVEMENT STUDIO
At M for Movement, we believe movement is more than exercise — it’s a way of feeling strong, free, and fully alive.
Our studio brings together three disciplines that create lasting balance: Reformer Pilates for alignment and strength, Suspension Pilates and Yoga for space and flow, and Mobility for energy and resilience. Two studios, one philosophy of intelligent movement.

On the ground floor, we offer Pilates as developed by Joseph Pilates, taught in its original form using the Cadillac, Reformer, Barrel, and Wunda Chair. Small, personal, and precise, with a maximum of 2 people. Every session receives focused guidance and alignment correction.

Upstairs, our second space hosts Suspension Pilates, Restorative Yoga, and Mobility. These three modalities create our Group Movement.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 people, creating an atmosphere of connection and vitality while ensuring individual attention and flow.

Personal Pilates
Our Pilates sessions return to the way Joseph Pilates originally taught: small, personal, and precise.
Instead of rows of machines with everyone doing the same exercise, our studio works with maximum 2 students per class. Each person trains at their own station – on a Cadillac, Reformer, Barrel, or Wunda Chair – with full attention around you.
In this approach
you learn one movement at a time, you receive detailed explanation, space to practice, and constant corrections, and you are guided to understand your body, not just repeat exercises.

This is not fast-paced fitness. It is a practice of embodiment. By mastering each exercise step by step, you build deep awareness, stronger posture, and new patterns of movement.
Every class balances individual focus with the motivation of learning in a small group. You are never left alone, but also never rushed. The result is a transformational training experience: Pilates as it was meant to be – mindful, precise, and powerful.

Exclusive Pilates
For those who love movement that surprises the body and awakens new intelligence, our Suspended Pilates with high end props sessions merge the precision of the classical method with inteligent movements and creative suspension for more feedrom in the body.
Using ropes, slings, and the full range of Pilates props, we explore the same repertoire of exercises from a new dimension – suspended, inverted, and dynamically supported.
The ropes expand your sense of gravity, challenge stability, and amplify strength through play.
It’s Pilates that moves beyond the mat and the machine – a hybrid practice that frees your body from repetition and invites constant discovery.
Expect fluid transitions, hanging sequences, and the deep joy of feeling weightless yet strong.
Suspended Pilates: where control meets freedom, and tradition evolves into movement artistry.

Restorative Yoga
In this practice, we return to the true essence of Yoga — slowing down, breathing deeply, and listening inward. Using the Kurunta, an ancient wall-rope technique rooted in the Iyengar lineage, the body is gently supported and suspended, allowing gravity to release tension and create space in the joints and spine.

Each session unfolds in a calm, meditative rhythm. Movements are slow, mindful, and deeply restorative, inviting the nervous system to settle and the breath to expand naturally. Through pranayama (breathwork), gentle asanas, and moments of stillness, students cultivate interoception — the subtle awareness of what’s happening inside the body.

This class is not about effort or performance, but about restoring balance, releasing accumulated stress, and reconnecting to the quiet intelligence of the body. It’s an intimate, grounding experience — a sanctuary for nervous system regulation, deep rest, and embodied presence.

Mobility
Our Mobility class is a playful and science-based approach to keeping your body and brain young. Inspired by Fighting Monkey, neuroplasticity research, and somatic movement, each session blends floor work, coordination challenges, and creative movement games that awaken your senses and rewire your nervous system.

Modern science confirms what ancient movement cultures already knew: the brain thrives on novelty. Every time you move in new ways — rolling, crawling, balancing, throwing, catching, spiraling — your synapses fire, your fascia becomes more elastic, and your neuro-muscular intelligence expands. This stimulates the production of dopamine, serotonin, and growth factors that support cell regeneration and cognitive vitality.

The result?
Greater mobility, balance, and resilience — not only in the body but in life itself. You’ll leave class feeling lighter, sharper, and more alive.

A fun, intelligent, and restorative path to aging gracefully — through play.
